Jessica Gaulton MD, MPH

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Dr. Gaulton has 10+ years of clinical experience and is a board-certified Neonatologist and Pediatrician. Her expertise lies at the intersection of maternal and newborn health, design thinking, and innovation. Jess is also a mother of two and personally experienced postpartum depression, which inspired her to start Mommi. She is deeply passionate about supporting birthing people and their babies.

Dr. Gaulton completed her Neonatology Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as well as a Fellowship in Innovation and Design at the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation. She received her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, and completed Pediatric Residency at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School.

Stefanie Lopacinski Ed.D, LCSW, PMH-C               

Director, Perinatal Mental Health

Dr. Lopacinski has over 10 years in clinical practice as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health.

She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, two Doctorates in Human Sexuality and Education from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.

Dr. Lopacinski’s main role is providing psychotherapy to women, couples, and families struggling with perinatal mental health concerns. Dr. Lopacinski follows women starting in pregnancy through the first year after childbirth. She is the founder and owner of Women’s Wellness of Abington located in Jenkintown, PA. 

Jill Salisbury M.Ed.

Director, Perinatal Coaching Program 

Jill has nearly two decades of experience as an educator, primarily supporting high school and college students and their families on their educational journeys. Her expertise and passion lie at the intersection of people and systems; she thrives when helping individuals navigate systems’ and institutions’ challenges and opportunities as well as when working toward more inclusive and accessible systems change.

Jill became a trained doula in 2020 with the goal of helping birthing people navigate the many systems related to pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum and feel empowered in their birthing journeys. Jill studied Psychology and English at UCLA and holds a Master’s in Education from New York University.

Ian Lebbern M.S.

Chief Information Security Officer

Ian has a wide range of secure software development experience across multiple lines of business. His 14 years of experience includes both web application and mobile application development for large enterprise clients including Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Wawa, JP Morgan Chase, and Barclays. 

Ian has specialized in cybersecurity and data privacy, and is well versed in securing an organization’s SDLC and providing technical consultation for cloud infrastructure and compliance audits. He also has extensive knowledge with ADA compliance and maturing a company’s ADA policy.

In 2014 Ian graduated from the University of Delaware with an M.S. in Management Information Systems. Ian currently teaches Cloud Computing at Rutgers University.
